Aperture Architecture

The home owners wanted an idea to renovate the existing house located on waterfront property. This design exploited the views to the water by maximizing the number and size of windows. A two car garage was added to the front of the house and the existing garage was converted to living space. The flat roofs were retained so additional views of the water could be enjoyed from the bedrooms.
